Our involvement training for organisations can help you use effective involvement tools with your service users to ensure their opinions and concerns are at the centre of decisions that affect the services they use.

  • How to remove barriers to involvement
  • Tailoring involvement activities to meet the needs of service users
  • Supporting your service users to become actively involved in the decisions that shape services
