Involvement Training

Our involvement ready‚ training supports organisations and individuals to develop their skills around effective involvement. We do this by promoting best practice in involvement and its benefits when done effectively.

Training for Individuals
We work with individuals to develop their understanding of how services are commissioned and the value of their involvement so they have the confidence to speak in front of others about their views and experience in a professional manner.

Our involvement training for individuals is aimed at people who want to understand more about:

  • What involvement is and how they can get involved
  • How decisions are made that affect the services they use
  • Becoming actively involved in the decisions that shape services
  • Sharing their views and experience in a professional manner
  • Using their experience to help make involvement activities accessible to others

Training for Organisations
We work with organisations by promoting the benefits of involvement so they can involve their service users and support them to become Œinvolvement ready‚. Our involvement training for organisations can help them use effective involvement tools with their service users to ensure their opinions and concerns are at the centre of decisions that affect the services they use.

Our involvement training for organisations is aimed at those who want to understand more about:
