Disabled lesbian, gay and bisexual people
This a group for disabled lesbians, gay men and bisexual people started in June 2009. The group is open to people with physical disabilities, sensory impairments, learning disabilities and mental health problems and their carers.

The aim of the group is to improve the quality of life for disabled lesbians, gay men, bisexual people and their carers in Leeds. The group itself will decide on what is to be tackled, and then aim to speak not just for themselves but for all disabled lesbians, gay men and bisexual people in Leeds.
Meets monthly now, and is starting to tackle disability bus passes - why can't they be used before 9.30 am? Many disabled people go to work, after all. We are also asking Metro about their new rapid transport scheme which involves trolleybuses - how accessible will they be to disabled people?
For up to date news and the latest meeting dates, the group's news section can be found here.
